I had a volleyball game tonight. We won, duh. I’m on A team, by the way. So yeah, that was fun.
I really don’t know what else to talk about. WAIT. Ok. I’m going to the House of Torment this weekend with friends, friends meaning my boyfriend and other hoes. I’m sososo excited, and nervous at the same time. I’m also excited for Paranormal Activity 3. Ready to get the shit scared outta me.

• I grew another half inch. I’m now 5’8.

And yeah, that’s it. I haven’t gotten a haircut or anything. Haha, actually, I’m not cutting my hair for another year or two. I wanna see how long it can go. It feels so weird to blog, but then I’ve sorta missed it. I’ve missed just laying all my thoughts and feelings on the table without any judgment, unlike the real life world.

I haven’t blogged in how many months? And then, I said I’d be on my tumblr. Lol, wow. I lost the heart for tumbling when Winter Break, and well, lost the time? I’ve come to the conclusion that 8th graders are pretty busy. So yeah.

Well, I have alot to update you guys on! Hahah, my 8th grade year is almost done. Well, not exactly, but half done?
Anyways, you might be asking, Layla, who’s that girl on the right? Well, thats me! In my tacky christmas sweater, if you’re asking. Oh my gosh, I can’t type as fast as I used to. I keep messing up and it’s frustrating me like crazy!
Next, someone at my school recently asked me out. Haha, he’s asian and smart and makes me happy. His name is Edward and I already love him! Haha, he gives me the best hugs and makes me happy when I’m sad. And, you know, for a tall girl (5’7) like me, it’s hard to find a man thats actually TALLER than you! But, Eddy is actually taller than me. Sometimes I like to stand on my tippy toes when I hug him cause he makes me feel short ): Haha, isn’t that sad?

I must apologize to everyone for not keeping my promise of never leaving this blog. I’ve been trying to adapt to a public school and it’s sorta taking a loong time! But, I’m gonna try and get into the trend of blogging again! Cause it makes me feel better after ranting and whining to you guys! (: More updates..
I recently tried out for another volleyball club and made the national team! I had my first practice with the team last Wednesday and the coach is NOT like my first one at all. He’s a little bit more stricter and yadda yadda. He’s gonna take some getting used to. And since my school vball coach made me play Middle blocker, I’ve sorta forgot how the rotations of outside. THANKS, Coach T. Oh well, it’ll come back to me. Hopefully?

I need a new header. Maybe I’ll use the song Singing in the Rain/Umbrella from Glee. Did you guys watch the latest episode? Dayum, it was so fly.

My friend Hannah is gonna come over in a few and we’re gonna go around my neighborhood selling these gift cards for different restaraunts for a fundraiser for my vball club. Then, since she hasn’t seen like any Harry Potter movies, I’m going to educate her. Hopefully we’ll be able to watch all the movies today and maybe go see the new one tonight.
I am SO excited. I’m like peeing my pants thinking about it, hehe.

Classes Evaluation, peeps

US History: the teacher, Mr. Fergison, is really funny and nice and relatable. He even has this wicked gnarly tatt on his arm. Balller, huh? On my first progress report, I wasn’t doing so hot in his class. It’s actually, suprisingly, really hard. Which is annoying.

Science: It’s not really ‘science’. It’s more like hardcore atoms and neutrons and all that shit. I’m like, can we go back to the elementry style science, where we talked about flowers budding? Uh, no. Sorry loser. The teacher. Mrs. De La Portilla, is reaaally annoying. Like, super anoying. If you tell her you dont get something, shes like, “are you kidding me? Are you serious? We JUST went over this!” And the student is like, WOAH. WOAH. SORRY. So, right now, she’s on my annoying list.

Language Arts: The class is really easy. Were reading this book called The Giver and I suggest it to no one cause its really creepy and gross. Yeah, there was this part where the main character Jonas was dreaming about telling his friend thats a girl to take off her clothes. Yeah, weird. And the teacher Ms. Sparks is nice. She’s one of those teachers who never has any tone to their voice. So boring..

Math: Yeah, so I didnt make into Algebra. No suprise there. But, Im doing really good in math! Im so proud of myself, ya know? The teacher Mr. Lawrence is from Wales, which is cool and he has this cool accent hahaha. He’s really funny too.

Spanish 1B: Spanish is so fucking fun. I love it! Even tho I’m making a 77 in that class, which I should’nt be. The teacher Mrs. Blanton is so much fun to be around and she’s always willing to help, which is a good thing!

Art: Art and Spanish are my 2 highschool credits and I love them! Art is my favorite class right now and it’s sooo much fun! My teacher, Mrs. Benoist, was mean to me when the year started, but now shes starting to be nice to me! Hahah

My friend Johnny proposed to me that he likes me. I told him to just give me a day or two. More like a day or two NOT to worry about it. So Friday, I’m in deep poo.

The lunch is FANTASTIC. Unlike my other school, there’s 3 places you can go to get food– pizza, chicken and Idk the other one haha.
As for the classrooms themselves, EVERY SINGLE CLASS IS COLD.

So, I’ve been wearing, like longsleeves and pants. It’s absolutely. TERRIBLE.
I’d like to tell you guys what Im taking. IS THAT OK?

I’m taking science, language arts, math 8 and not algebra, spanish (bleh) and of course, history. Then, I’m in Art 8, in this art we have to take tests on people with famous paintings and all that jazz. And in spanish, it’s for people who have already had a whollle year of spanish. Of course, most of you know, my spanish teacher at my old school didn’t teach. So, I dont really know anything. Bleh
